Need to Hire: Special Markets and HORECA Account Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and activate special markets accounts.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy tailored to each customer segment to achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships, promote products, and provide training or sampling where needed.
- Collaborate with marketing to plan in-store activations, sampling events, and promotional partnerships.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and trading terms in line with company objectives and profitability.
- Ensure timely delivery, order follow-up, and after-sales service
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree. (in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus)
- 3–5 years of experience in special markets and HORECA sales, account management, or business development—preferably in FMCG, food & beverage.
- Experience dealing with HORECA accounts in Cairo, Alexandria and the North Coast.
