Need to Hire: Special Markets and HORECA Account Manager

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and activate special markets accounts.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy tailored to each customer segment to achieve revenue and volume targets.
  • Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships, promote products, and provide training or sampling where needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan in-store activations, sampling events, and promotional partnerships.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and trading terms in line with company objectives and profitability.
  • Ensure timely delivery, order follow-up, and after-sales service
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree. (in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus)
  • 3–5 years of experience in special markets and HORECA sales, account management, or business development—preferably in FMCG, food & beverage.
  • Experience dealing with HORECA accounts in Cairo, Alexandria and the North Coast.
