Need to Hire: E- Commerce Sales Executive

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations and performance of e-commerce accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow online sales, increase product digital visibility, and enhance brand presence across online channels.
  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations, accurate stock levels, timely fulfillment, and consistent branding.
  • Optimize product listings with SEO-rich content, healthy lifestyle images, bullet points, and videos to maximize discoverability and conversion.
  • Plan and execute e-commerce promotions, campaigns, and collaborations aligned with seasonal events and market trends.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI; prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights.
  • Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers to secure strategic placements and promotional opportunities.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Extra courses or diplomas are a plus
  • 3–5 years of e-commerce or account management experience, preferably in FMCG, beverage, or health-related products.
  • Proven track record managing e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Talabat Mart, or similar.
  • Having a private car is a must
